We value each and every gift to HELP of Ojai. We also believe that there are donors whose participation merits additional recognition - donors who "lend a helping hand" by making planned gifts. We are very pleased to introduce a new recognition society to honor those dedicated members of the HELP of Ojai community who make planned gifts.

HELP of Ojai's Legacy Society is an honorary association of individuals whose planned gifts have already been received or will someday accrue to the HELP of Ojai. Planned gifts include bequests made through wills, retirement plans and revocable trusts; as well as lifetime gifts that provide income payments to donors and their beneficiaries.

Life income gifts such as charitable gift annuities and charitable remainder trusts typically involve present-day transfers of gift assets, immediate tax advantages and continuing income streams to the donor, with future distributions to HELP of Ojai for its various or specific charitable purposes. Charitable lead trusts can offer significant tax advantages to the donor and reliable streams of charitable income to HELP of Ojai.
